In post number  9 I told the story of presenting a sister city proposal to the city of Phoenix.

Preparing for that event took some time as it was potentially politically risky.

What most people did not know at the time is that the city was run by a group of individuals who were all members of a secret society steeped in ancient Egyptian and Sumerian mythology.

I along with my father in law Mr. S. And Richard Hoagland were invited to a secret meeting of the group in a home owned by one of the affluent members.

I was totally unprepared for what we witnessed. I had expected to be involved in a typical corporate styled meeting. Instead, we were met with a woman named Kay dressed in Egyptian costume as a kind of priestess. Others I recognized from the city council were nicely dressed without overt costume. The room for meeting was designed around a very Egyptian/ Sumerian style complete with an altar and various artifacts.

She invoked a kind of prayer asking the various gods to protect this meeting and to ear this plea to show the way to others in approving the ancient ties of Phoenix to Cydonia on Mars.

My father in law whispered to me that he always suspected such was the case in Phoenix but now knew rumors he had heard were true.

Subsequent to this secret rite where it was decided informally to approve the petition for a sister city proposal I learned that the Priestess and the then Mayor were considered reincarnated personalities destined to do this  like the story of the phoenix arising from the ashes.

This was my first inkling that secret societies worked silently behind the scenes in many major government organizations. Later I would learn it was more widespread than I thought. Richard Hoagland has good text on this in his newest books. I recommend his Dark Mission offering.

Today you need only look at the new buildings in Phoenix including the City Hall building structures all adorned with ancient Egyptian architecture.
